Managementsoftware GmbH was founded in 2013 as a sole proprietorship and initially equipped various companies with MS LDS® software for the introduction, implementation and certification of quality management systems. In 2016, the company was transformed into a GmbH (limited liability company). The clientele quickly expanded around the proximity to the automotive industry and the company expanded.
For more than 5 years, software with various applications and associated tools such as MS LDS® (Lean Documentation), MS CDS (Controlplan), MS MDS (Metrics) and multilingualism have been successfully sold to customers.
The task of MS QF GmbH is to develop and distribute software tools for management applications and to adapt them to customer-specific requirements.
Mr. Martin Stumpe has been travelling worldwide as an external certification auditor since 1990. He decided not to write a book about all deviations and improvement potentials found worldwide, but to develop usable, simple and efficient software tools for the customer, which help the user to avoid deviations and errors (Poka Yoke), to reduce bureaucracy as far as possible, to distribute necessary activities to all process owners, to let the system automatically deliver meaningful key figures, to release resources for process improvements, to develop understanding and acceptance for the complex and complicated matter and finally to see again automatically where it burns in the company or where it develops positively.
The software modules are standard products which can be adapted to customer-specific requirements in operating mode. This results in applications that can be used individually by the customer and are adapted to his IT environment. The globalization of customers can be mapped on the software side. Thus, there are network applications with Europe, Asia and America, which are available in the customer’s locations via the cloud. The use of the customer’s corporate design is standard.
